My journey started in 2012, coaching with one goal: to be the leader I wish I had. That mindset led to my doctoral work, where I focused on using knowledge to empower others. I believe knowledge should be shared, and I carry that belief into every partnership.
At my core, I’m a teacher. Coaching was about growth and development — principles that now guide my work with businesses.
I don’t call myself a consultant because what I offer is more than advice. No templates, no shortcuts. Just a true partnership built around your goals, with integrity, intention, and a commitment to your success.
